5th Grade Digital Learning Information

 

5th grade’s online learning will be done through Google Classroom.  Your child will be able to find assignments, on Google Classroom, for each content area. It is important that students complete all lessons assigned even if they are assigned by another 5th Grade teacher! They will have lessons from other teachers because of the way we have organized planning for online learning. Printed learning packets are available for students with no internet access.

 

Below, you will find contact information for each teacher. To find information regarding learning intentions for each content area see 'Lessons By Subject' tab above. Additionally, you will find resources for optional learning activities. 

 

Please keep in mind that during this time students should regularly be on i-Ready reading and i-Ready math, as well as Lexia. These programs are tiered to each specific student’s academic level, and will help to ensure that students are receiving targeted instruction on their level. 

 

If you desire a one on one learning session for your student, please contact your child's homeroom teacher. Teachers are available from 8 am to 4 pm weekly, and will work with you to set up a learning session via Google to support your child in whatever content area with which they are struggling. 
 

Clever will be used to access i-Ready Math and i-Ready Reading, Lexia, Brainpop and Google Classroom.

 

Note: If you are ever asked to sign into google, or are using google information, the student will use their district email and password as modeled below for clever information.
